Designed and built in 1936-37 by Mordechai Rosengarten, the building is a spectacular example of Tel Aviv’s architectural history. Though time has passed, the building’s distinctive Bauhaus features remain timelessly chic. Restoration architect Yaniv Pardo has restored the Vilozny house to the highest standard, renewing the exterior to harmonize with the surrounding buildings. The building’s apartments have been renewed and modernized to create an exceptional living experience.
